Didn't want to celebrate it in Singapore... so off I went to KL with a good friend. Simple, relax and peaceful trip. All planned by him, I just pack my bag! Nice.
First gift! Ferragamo wallet from Jiayin and JianMing! Have been wanting a wallet but have not spotted the right one. They have got taste! A wallet that's getting more and more "Nai Kan". Right size, right colour and enough compartments. :) 
Second gift! Mirror, pearl bracelet and body shop perfume from a student.
Beautifully wrapped. :) Sweet! 
Third gift! A corporate dress from Sis and Ah nan. Came just in time!! Too many weddings coming up!! Need more dresses!! And surprisingly it's quite a good cut. Gamsiahamida..

KL TRIP!
Set off on 25th night! My first choo choo train experience!! Thought it's gonna be a not so comfortable giddy 6hours ride with lot of jerking, hard chairs and jialet toilet BUT it wasn't!
Train terminal. Air-conditioned! Not like "Chia Zam".

Just one thing to "hiam" is the TV!! Such nice suite.. you give me a small thick TV.

walk soooo far to find good food.. 
Too hungry, we settled for Nasi Lemak! Nice!
Don't be deceive by its not-so-appealing-appearance. One of the nicest Nasi Lemak.
The fragrance, the chili and ikan bilis. Sedap! Singapore's can't fight.

And Roti Prata! So thin, so crispy! With butter and sugar melted inside.
Oh! And this is Papa's must have corn bread on standby.
Just in case we get hungry on the train ride!

Search sooo long for this Zhu Rou Fen! Mee Hoon with fresh pork in clear soup. With fresh coconut juice. Smart enough to order 1 serving per dish..
Back to the hotel.
Checked out Luna (Roof of Pacific Regency). Pool in the day, Bar in the night. :)

When you are traveling.. it's relax, makan, shop, sleep, makan, relax, sleep.
China Town's toilet makes me SCREAM!! I almost pee in my pants!!! It requires a staff-pass to use! Shop owners reserve their rights not to let walk-ins use "their"toilet!
Thank God the second shop owner I approach is kind enough to lend me her pass!! 
The must try Claypot rice at China Town! 
They did it in the old-school charcoal style! That explains the fragrance and long wait!
